Who is Boecia Talent for?

What does it cost?

Nothing until you hire someone we introduced. Then the fee is a percentage of the hire's first-year pay, given in the quote before any work starts. If the hire leaves within 90 days, we find a replacement for free.

Who employs the engineer?

Your company, directly, or through an employer of record such as Deel or Remote. Boecia Talent never employs the engineers it recruits.
