Valentin is a recruiter from Eastern Europe and the public face of Boecia Talent. He works with both sides of every hire: the companies that need engineers and the engineers looking for their next role. He runs the company with two co-founders who work on searches.
What we do
We only recruit. Companies tell us about a role, we screen engineers and share a shortlist, and the company hires the engineer directly or through an employer of record. We never employ the engineers. More in how we screen engineers and what we charge.
For engineers, Boecia Talent is free, always. They hear about the role, the team and the pay before the first interview, and we ask before we send their profile to any company.
The name
The name comes from two trees: the acacia, planted across Eastern Europe to hold the ground and enrich the soil, and the ocobo, which flowers across Latin America in the dry season.
